This month we talk about:
Mental Health

Mental health is a fundamental aspect of our well-being and quality of life. Taking care of our mind should have the same priority as our body . However, in recent years there has been a worrying deterioration in the mental health of the population, making it one of the main global health challenges.

The news, and even more the fake news, about the recent pandemic, wars, an unstable economic situation… all this has led to the fact that there are more than 450 million people in the world suffering from some kind of mental disorder.

To address this fact, a holistic and comprehensive approach to mental health is required, through honest and effective communication, in which different agencies are involved through the funding of services that promote mental health as a whole.
